Align Chiropractic Spine and Wellness accepts Medicare directly. For other major medical plans, the practice is out-of-network, but the billing team will verify your benefits for you.
What payment methods do you accept?

What's the cancellation policy?
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or missing an appointment without notice incurs a $50 fee.

Do you treat car accident injuries?
Yes. Florida’s PIP coverage provides up to $10,000 in medical expenses at no out-of-pocket cost if you’re seen within 14 days of the accident.
Do I need a lawyer to be seen?
No, and Align Chiropractic Spine and Wellness can coordinate directly with your attorney’s office if you have one.
