I have been seeing Dr Nick for over 1 1/2 years and I highly recommend him.  He has made a remarkable difference in my posture and back, improved my mobility and even completely resolved my TMJ symptoms. He has several payment plans and is affordable.He's knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely cares about his patients. I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Nick genuinely cares about fixing the root of the issue instead of just treating the symptoms like traditional medicine. He is a wealth of knowledge! The office is spotless and the lady at the front desk is super kind. Overall a great experience. Wish he would open an office in Kendall! Now THIS is what a whole body wellness Chiropractic visit should be all about !!!!   I've been to chiropractors all my life with varying degrees of  results and none of them, for any amount of money, comes close to the care and thoroughness I experienced by Dr. Nick Libian from Align Chiropractic. He gathered all my medical information, analysed my pains and associated symptoms and did a sweeping analysis of my issues and came up with a whole new way of treating my lower back pain.  After years of paying for " corrective "  and " maintenance " plans and not getting better or being offered new and different treatments I had given up  and decided a close relationship with my bottle Aleve is the best its gonna get.  But then I had the opportunity to visit Nick and everything was different. His staff are fantastic , his office is immaculate and welcoming, his prices are very fair and his approach to healing is unlike most Doctors of any kind in Florida today. I've been to many healthcare professionals over the years, and I can honestly say that Dr. Nick Libian stands out as one of the most knowledgeable and skilled practitioners I've ever met. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients are exceptional. What impresses me the most is how thorough he is. He never rushes through an appointment and always takes the time to perform a comprehensive evaluation before starting any treatment. Every visit is personalized, and you can tell he truly wants to understand the root cause of the problem rather than just treating symptoms. I'm consistently amazed by the depth of his knowledge and his ability to explain what he's doing and why. I also leave every session feeling significantly better—often with pain or discomfort greatly reduced or completely gone. Another reason I highly recommend Dr. Libian is that he's one of the very few chiropractors in Florida who practices the Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT). After experiencing it firsthand, I understand why it's so highly regarded. It's an incredibly precise and effective approach that has made a remarkable difference for me. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is highly skilled, compassionate, meticulous, and truly committed to helping his patients heal, I can't recommend Dr. Nick Libian highly enough. Dr. Nick can do voodoo magic on the body! He truly understands the body and can manipulate it not just for structure/alignment but for targeting deeper issues. Highly Recommend Dr. Nick Libian! Incredibly skilled chiropractor and Sacro Occipital Technique certified — and it really shows. He tackled my sleep apnea by working on jaw and neck alignment and releasing tight fascia, and now he's helping me with tinnitus (ear ringing) and I'm already feeling so much better. Nick is exceptional in his knowledge and ability to fix problems beyond other MDs, chiropractors, and PTs. Ive seen about 6 chiros in 2 states and NO ONE could fix my shoulder EXCEPT Dr Libian. Other chiros are running businesses which seek to have an assembly line of copy paste treatment for their bread and butter of lower back problems. Nick has the rare inclination and talent to be able to recognize, articulate (to you), and correct muscle/ligament/tendon/structural injuries/mistakes. Exceptional.

This is truly a hidden gem! I just completed a 24-session treatment plan with Dr. Nick, and I can definitely feel the improvement in my posture. I no longer slouch when standing, which has made a noticeable difference in my daily life. He also helped fix a finger I had jammed playing basketball. Dr. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the mechanics of the bones and muscles, so you understand not just what he's doing, but why. He also prescribed exercises tailored to my specific condition—and they really work, so don't skip them! The treatment plan included two follow-up X-rays: one midway through to track progress and another at the end to show the results, which I really appreciated. His wife, Brie, is also a very knowledgeable physical therapist. I was fortunate to meet with her a couple of times, and she showed me a few exercises that helped speed up my finger recovery. Finally, Carrie at the front desk is a ray of sunshine—always friendly, helpful, and responsive. If I ever need chiropractic care or adjustments again, this will definitely be my first choice.
